What if it doesn’t help me?
Survivor School is built on the principle that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why it offers a variety of approaches and expert partners, all trauma-informed and rooted in strategies that have helped others regain control of their lives. You’ll also gain access to a supportive community of people who understand your journey, which can make all the difference. If you have explored everything we have to offer and it's still not for you- no problem, simply cancel anytime- no questions asked!
I’ve tried everything-what makes this different?
We understand how disheartening it can be to try and feel let down. Survivor School stands out because it’s designed by survivors, for survivors, incorporating the latest science on trauma and healing. Each expert goes through trauma-informed certification to ensure they provide the safest, most effective support possible. The goal isn’t just healing—it’s regaining control, building resilience, and unlocking your potential.
How is Survivor School differnt than therapy?
Survivor School is not therapy; it's trauma informed personal development for women. All off our experts are trauma-informed and while some are credentialed in specific theraputic models, we do not offer psychotherapy. It's kind of like watching Netflix with friends, but instead of catching up on last seasons episodes you're healing trauma, setting goals, and building a bulletproof support system. We know healing doesn't happen 1 hour a week in therapy; It happens in the other 6 days and 23 hours, in real life. Healing happens in community, when you surround yourself with people who don't just have the same problems as you, but also have the same goals!
What if I don’t have much time to commit right now?
Survivor School is built with your busy life in mind. All programs are self-paced adn on-demand, so you can go as fast or slow as you need. Start with something small, like a 30-minute masterclass, and build from there when you have more time or energy.
Will it work for my specific situation?
